Returns Policy (All Sales Are Final due to infection control reasons)

Due to our infection control standards, we only accept returns when there was an error made on our part. Many of our customers are already immunocompromised and our ultimate goal is their safety. MRSA, bed bugs, viruses, blood, dandruff, etc- all of these things could potentially be returned on the shirts (we have seen it with our own eyes!) and would put our staff and other customers at risk. We take pride in them knowing that the shirts we send out have not been worn by anyone else prior. As a business who pays for the cost of shipping to you and then would have to trash items should they be returned, we kindly ask that you reach out to us, use the sizing charts with measurements, etc if you have any doubts about the size that is best for you. Please remember that our ComfyChemo®, ComfyAccess®, and ComfyHemo® Apparel is meant to be worn during your chemotherapy treatment session for the purpose of comfort and port accessibility- for these reasons we recommend that when in between sizes to choose larger for comfort. This will help to ensure that your clothing is not too tight and will reduce any chance of your clothing not feeling comfortable after repeat washes. If ordering for someone else, it is important to verify their size before placing the order, or to purchase a gift card instead.
